Caleb co-founded the blog-cum-creative agency, Yours Truly, a company that has broken many musical acts and built campaigns for brands such as Adidas, Urban Outfitters, Levi’s, and Ray-Ban. As an independent artist manager, he built the artist How To Dress Well from a blog enigma to a critically-acclaimed, profitable, pioneering indie-R&B icon. In 2013, Caleb was tapped to head the A&R efforts of Harvest Records, a reincarnation of the seminal 1970’s record label. During his time at Harvest, he ushered in a new era of pop music via Glass Animals, TV On The Radio, and more.

Jeff began his career in marketing with Boulevards New Media, a network of city travel guides. Shortly thereafter, he became the marketing lead for FILTER Creative Group. After years with FILTER, he became a founding member of COLLiDE Agency. He has developed campaigns for many high-profile brands over the years. Stubhub’s push to capture the music ticketing market was led by Jeff. His efforts have also helped Lagunitas Brewery become the fastest-growing microbrewery in the United States.
Ryan likes to focus on user interaction, while bringing typography into the workspace to fulfill the thoughts being displayed. By creating an interaction with the viewer, this allows the complete cycle of producing and forming great design. Constantly, yet carefully including the ever changing styles of design to broaden his horizons and grow with design. Ryan has worked as a designer for Apple, Revolver and Storydesk - and was most recently a partner at app partner.
Jared is an entrepreneur and environmentalist based in San Diego. He owns and runs Rising Tide Partners, a consulting firm that provides community outreach, organizing, communications, and public relations services to wastewater agencies and municipalities. He also owns Seeded Fertilizer, a company that locally sources, manufactures and sells fertilizers made from up-cycled nutrients. Jared has served as a strategic advisor on Water to the Equinox Center, and as an Executive and Advisory Committee Member to the Surfrider Foundation's San Diego Chapter. He is an avid athlete, outdoorsman, sailor, surfer, and backpacker.
Ken is a pioneering tech executive and product strategist with 18 years industry experience. Ken helped start Razorfish, eMachines, Acer Online, betterPropaganda, Soundtracker, and others as a senior manager and product strategist.
Ken is also an advisor and/or investor in numerous market changing startups, including Monday Envelope, weshelter.org, and Carbon Fitness. Previously, Ken led teams on hundreds of mission critical implementation for eBay, Intel, McKinsey, Cisco, Microsoft, the W.H.O. and many others.

When Fred decided to leave Blackstone in 2014 he imagined aligning himself with socially conscious entrepreneurs and artists who intend to create companies and projects that affect change on the planet.
At Blackstone he was involved in helping build a structure of financial accountability that helped transition a premier financial service firm from a private company to a public company. Fred currently helps entrepreneurs and artists find their vision by structuring their goals by functioning as an in house CFO to help create a system of financial accountability. Fred became involved in this project when he met Caleb while on retreat in Bali Studying astrology. Fred aims to bring the ancient art of science of astrology into his practice of helping socially conscious entrepreneurs and artists find their vision.
Chris is a freelance web designer and creative director. He is also the president of SF Station, a local independent media company with over a million visitors a month. He has worked with a diverse set of clients including: Red Bull, GoPro, Desigual, Scion, W Hotel, LiveNation, TicketMaster, SFMOMA, SolRepublic, Michael Mina, Academy of Art University and Chrome Industries to name a few. Chris has a BFA in Broadcast Design from the Savannah College of Art & Design.
Grace Chen is a sports marketing professional with over 13 years of experience. Most recently Grace worked at TRX Training overseeing partnerships, sports marketing, and communications. Prior to TRX Grace was the Director of Marketing for Sonoma Raceway and the NBA's Sacramento Kings. She has also spent time working with the Charlotte Bobcats, Charlotte Sting, PGA Tour, BDA Sport Management, and spent several years in China working on projects with Major League Baseball, the Olympic Games and in the action sports industry. Grace received her B.A. in Sports Management and Communications from the University of Michigan and her M.A. in Communication Management from the University of Southern California. She currently resides in San Francisco.
Kyle has extensive experience in managing all aspects of paid search marketing, specifically for B2C & B2B eCommerce. In the past he has managed a portfolio of retail and corporate clients, striving for greater efficiency while continuing to grow overall digital presence and revenue.
